At the moment, I am posting on this blog whilst I wait for my other blog to upload pictures. I just finally finished our yearly Christmas advent calendar and am posting pictures of the progress on my drawing blog.
We have the woodstove going, so we have our bedroom doors closed to keep out most of the heat. I love being in my room this time of year. And I also find that I write in my journal more during this season than I do throughout the rest of the year.
It may seem as though I'm acting 'anti-social' being up in my room all by myself, but I'm not! This is what I usually do. And no, I don't spend all my room-time on my laptop.
I finished a really funny book today. It's called 'The Hero's Guide to Saving Your Kingdom'. I loved it. I don't care that it was a little stupid in some parts. Okay, it was really stupid, but funny and cute at the same time. There's a second book as a sequel to this one, called, 'The Hero's Guide to Storming the Castle'. I had tried to borrow it at the library yesterday, but it was out. So I'll have to be patient.
My pictures are done uploading! Time to write that post.
