Life Brings Change

I don't think anyone even reads this blog anymore, and I don't blame them...I haven't exactly posted in 6 months, and people are more into social media nowadays than blogs.

But here I go anyways, just because it helps to write sometimes and let your thoughts out.

It's 27 degrees outside. The skies are blanketed in gray clouds, and the air is cold and damp.

I long for the breakthrough of spring, and sun, and new green leaves, and flowers. I won't even complain when the bugs and ticks and spiders come out.

I just need to get out of winter's cold grasp.

Every mid-winter for the past few years, something big has changed in my life, and it has always hurt - each time more than the last.

But the Lord grows us in the changes. He is constant and never changes, but He is constantly changing us.

Jesus will be walking beside His children through every moment of the lives He has given them. He'll never let them go, or abandon them, and He remains faithful even if they are unfaithful.

Jesus loves you.

Jesus loves me.

He allows everything that happens to us, good and bad. He never tempts us, but He does test us. Hold tightly to Him through it all, and He will bless you.
